We are off of Route 4 in Farmington. If coming from Route 84, take the Exit 39 on to Route 4. Proceed west through Farmington center and the intersection with Route 10. Just beyond the driving range and miniature golf course take your first right. We are about 1 mile west of the center of Farmington. If coming east on Route 4, pass Brickyard Road and Winding Trails. Take the first left after the Citgo station on the right. Enter Forest Park Office Green and take your first right. Go all the way to the end to a large parking lot. We are in the building to the right, #10, on the second floor.
